You may know Julie Cardinal from The DARKROOM Gallery, or its most recent evolution, The DARKROOM @ Bin 46. You may know her as a neighbor and long-time resident of Boulder County. Now it’s time you got to know her as Julie Cardinal, Realtor, a trusted and experienced real estate professional. Julie also has a wealth of business, marketing and organizational experience with employment at DigitalGlobe and a career in the CIA as a super secret agent.

Chuck Herring has a long background in entrepreneurial business efforts, from being an early team member of DigitalGlobe and spending nearly two decades elevating the growth and brand to being a co-founder of a satellite imagery analytics company. Chuck has recently decided to join Julie, his partner in life and also become her partner in business by joining the Cardinal Connection team! His unique perspective makes him an invaluable resource to the team and to homebuyers and sellers alike.

Julie and Chuck love living in Northern Colorado, and have bought and sold many homes here over the years. Between them, they have four children, five dogs and numerous other pets!
